Assalamu Alaikum,

On behalf of Ibrahim Abu Atiya, the Chief Returning Officer (CRO), and Nadira Saleh, the Deputy Returning Officer (DRO), we would like to announce the final results of the MSA elections for the 2010-2011 terms. As the Elections Committee, we are an independent body separate from current MSA Executives and Directors, and all questions and concerns regarding the elections process should be addressed to us ONLY.

Please note the following important changes for March 26:

1:30 p.m. - Activity Centre (Men only please)
2:30 p.m. - Activity Centre (Men/Women - space permitting but it should be ok for both genders inshaAllah)
Activity Centre is located besides the change rooms in DBAC.

Unfortunately due to insufficient accommodations we have had to make the decision to have jummah for men only for the main congregation.

We have been looking into this matter since January, and have had very little success in acquiring suitable locations. We were hoping to do it outside, but the weather will be too cold. Our sincerest apologies for this incident but we've tried our best to ensure we can accommodate everyone.
